Job description

Purpose

Addresses construction service and product issues at the customer's site to ensure customer complaints regarding quality and reliability are resolved efficiently and cost-effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Investigates the condition of company building workmanship and products on the customer's site at all construction stages based on customer concerns; reports findings to the Customer Service team.
  2. Recommends replacement or repair of defective products based on customer service guidelines for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Negotiates and approves third-party repairs/adjustments; inspects completed work for quality adherence.
  4. Plans and manages work to meet daily, weekly, project, or team productivity goals.
  5. Follows all safety procedures to prevent injuries; attends safety meetings; suggests safety improvements.
  6. Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent; entry-level with on-the-job training available.

Work Environment / Physical Activity

Mix of office and outside locations; ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally; driving involved; walking on uneven ground at construction sites possible.
