We are currently recruiting for a Field Services Coordinator to work in person at our office in Sudbury, ON.
What you will be doing…
The Field Services Coordinator is responsible for converting opportunities into completed jobs. The focus is to prepare, execute, and follow-up with all parties to ensure all vacancies are filled on a 24/7 basis with personnel possessing the right skill sets and profile for the contract.
The incumbent is responsible to build, create and maintain schedule templates, as well as timecards for all short-term contracts in the company’s HRIS. They answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritize calls as per urgency and requirement, coordinate all communications within specified territory, capture breakdown service information, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, extract and analyze data to support investigative inquiries and client key performance indicators, and receive and dispatch orders.
