This role involves significant collaboration with engineering and production teams, contributing directly to projects for customized machinery solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Service Technician, with expertise in PLC troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical systems, plus strong communication abilities. The position requires 30% travel across Canada and the US, making it an exciting opportunity for the right individual.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Technologist working for an OEM.
• Graduate of a 3-year electrical or electro-mechanical engineering technical program.
• Experience in Rockwell Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting is critical.

Responsibilities

• Install engineered solutions in customer facilities.
• Commission equipment and machines, including assembly.
• Troubleshoot programming and validate machine operations.
