Job summary

Culligan of Fort McMurray is seeking a mechanically inclined Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair water treatment, dispensing, coffee, and beverage equipment for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the Fort McMurray area. You will travel to client sites, complete safety documentation, and provide professional customer service.

Initial training follows a Monday–Friday 8-hour schedule; after training, the role shifts to a 12-hour rotational schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and electronic work orders.
• Willingness to travel to commercial and industrial sites.
• Willingness to transition to a 12-hour rotational shift after training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain water treatment and beverage equipment.
• Install and commission residential, commercial, and industrial equipment.
• Travel to customer sites and complete required safety documentation.
• Provide professional customer service and clear equipment guidance.
• Complete service work orders, document parts used and required follow-ups.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory; follow safety requirements.
