Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a field service technician to install and maintain residential and light commercial water treatment equipment. You will service POU coolers and commercial coffee systems, perform pre-inspections, and ensure accurate, timely paperwork at each site.

Qualities sought include strong mechanical aptitude, valid driver’s license, and excellent communication. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and on‑call duties as needed in a dynamic service environment.

Qualifications

• Service technician and/or plumbing experience is an asset.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or maintain residential and light commercial water treatment equipment.
• Install and/or service POU water coolers and commercial coffee equipment.
• Conduct site pre-inspections for residential installations.
• Collect payments and obtain signatures at installation or service visits.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately and on time.
• Operate company vehicle following safety procedures.
• Provide on‑call technical support as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
