We're seeking an Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join the team! In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting homes and businesses, identifying pest and wildlife issues, and delivering effective, environmentally responsible solutions. No previous experience is required — just bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help people. We’ll train you every step of the way. Apply Today!

Responsibilities :

  • Perform inspections and treatments for pest and wildlife issues at residential and commercial sites
  • Build trust with customers by providing clear, friendly communication and honest recommendations
  • Manage a daily route and respond to on-demand service calls as needed
  • Accurately document all findings and treatments using a digital system
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with pride
  • Study for and pass the IPM Certification exam (training materials and support provided)

Requirements :

  • Personable, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in a variety of environments
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Valid BC driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
  • Must be eligible to obtain IPM Certification through the Ministry of Environment (we provide all support)
