As a Hydraulic Hose & Fitting Service Technician , you’ll be trained to repair, build, and install hydraulic hose systems on heavy equipment, trucks, and machinery.

• Mechanical interest or background (auto, farm, industrial, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and work independently
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and pride in doing a job right.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform mobile or in-shop hose assembly and repair services.
• Identify and remove worn or damaged hydraulic hose assemblies.
• Measure, cut, crimp, and install new hydraulic or industrial hoses using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Inspect fittings, adapters, and components for wear or damage.
• Test installations for leaks and proper operation.
• Maintain accurate service records and work orders.
• Communicate effectively with customers and represent the company professionally on job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized service truck / work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in hydraulic hose and fitting service preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, kneeling, standing).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or emergency calls.

Assets (Nice to Have) :

• Certification in hydraulic systems or fluid power.
• Knowledge of mobile equipment, construction machinery, or agricultural machinery.

Wage Range : $52-110K (based on experience)

Pay : $58,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
