Position Summary & Key Responsibilities

Are you a tech-savvy individual with mechanical aptitude interested in field service? NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to join our team. You will be the first response to customer issues, communicating effectively and providing solutions. Your training will be provided through NCR Atleos, including virtual and hands-on classroom sessions, fostering quick learning and growth.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently.
2. Servicing electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
3. Conducting maintenance, repairs, and system overhauls.
4. Managing network faults, configuration, security, and remote system access issues.

Qualifications

• Local candidate residing in Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, or Milton.
• Canadian Permanent Residency.
• At least 19 years old.
• Valid G driver license with a clean driving record.
• Basic PC, electronic skills, and familiarity with operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations, including prolonged driving, shift work, lifting up to 50 lbs., and physical activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with servers, mainframes, and imaging software.
• Certifications such as A+, CompTIA, N+.
• One or more years of related experience.
