Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I in the Mont-Joli area to install, maintain, and repair electromechanical self-checkout systems and related equipment. You will be the first line of contact with customers, ensuring timely solutions and professional communication.

Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, basic electronics, and be prepared to travel to the United States. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and basic electronics knowledge.
• Authorized to travel to the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets NCRV fleet requirements.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 75 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, maintenance, and service calls at customer locations promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain electromechanical equipment within the assigned territory.
• Complete maintenance, preventive maintenance and system refurbishment work.
• Communicate clearly with customers and document service activities.
