About Us:
Coast To Coast Technical, ULC is a leading provider of technical services, specializing in product installation, preventive maintenance, and on-site repair. We support a variety of commercial technologies, including production and workgroup copiers and printers. As a fast-growing company, we are seeking full time Field Service Technicians with field service experience to join our team throughout the province of New Brunswick.

Position Overview:
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing and maintaining commercial and workgroup printers in business environments. This field-based role requires hands-on technical expertise, a proactive approach to service delivery, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on workgroup office printers

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and follow standardized service procedures

  • Install upgrades and modifications to optimize equipment performance

  • Deliver informal on-site training to customers on basic equipment use

  • Maintain accurate service records and manage minimal trunk stock parts inventory

  • Provide timely responses to service calls

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within your assigned territory




Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Repair experience in workgroup and office printers

  • Field service experience, including daily travel and occasional overnight stays

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  • Proficient with hand tools and computer applications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to lift up to 23 kgs and work independently

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required)

  • Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent electro-mechanical training preferred

  • A reliable vehicle is required for this position
