Our Field Service Technicians are responsible for supporting customers in the field or on-site with superior service and product expertise to maintain high standards, ensuring repairs are completed promptly and with integrity.

As a Field Service Technician, YOU will experience:

In a typical day, YOU will:
  1. Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound, and healthy work behaviors, supporting Toromont’s Health and Safety policies and initiatives.
  2. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems using testing equipment.
  3. Maintain quality workmanship in repairing material handling equipment within established time standards.
  4. Prepare accurate service and repair reports promptly.
  5. Maintain excellent communication and build trusted customer relationships through regular on-site visits.
Must-haves for this role:
  1. A valid technician license applicable to provincial standards.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience.
