Job Responsibilities

  • Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
  • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Inspect products for correct operation, resolve issues, or escalate as needed.
  • Schedule services, complete paperwork, and ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of product functionality.
  • Gain familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures.
  • Perform incident handling, troubleshooting, hardware repairs, mechanical adjustments, software configuration, and installation.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and refill consumables.
  • Handle IMAC/R tasks: install, move, add, change, and remove hardware/software.
  • Train customers on hardware/software usage.
  • Participate in ongoing hardware/software training and contribute to achieving KPIs.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education or equivalent work experience required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent in Field Services.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver's license meeting fleet requirements.
