Lock Search Group is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician for a prominent packaging solutions provider. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial packaging machinery, both on-site and at customer locations. You'll also play a key role in training others on equipment operation, completing service order paperwork, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial packaging machinery, both on-site and at customer locations.
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams for machine preparation and customer demonstrations.
• Ensure compliance with inspection requirements by modifying machinery as needed (electronically and mechanically).
• Prepare and submit accurate service work orders for invoicing.
• Stay updated on industry knowledge and engage in continuous learning.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronic, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in servicing packaging equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and SCM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
