Xylem, Inc. in Mississauga is seeking a Field Service Technician Level 1 to start-up and commission projects, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot submersible wastewater pumps at customer sites.
You will interact with customers, work with hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems, and travel for training. The role includes a full benefits package and 4 weeks PTO for hourly positions, plus health, dental, vision and a company savings plan.

The Field Service Technician Level 1 will be responsible for start-up and commissioning of projects, preventative maintenance, and basic submersible wastewater pump (Flygt) and control panel troubleshooting at customer sites. Product specific training will be provided. Will interact with customers.

In this role, the working environment is an industrial shop setting where use of PPE is required. May also include exposure to hazardous material and loud noises. The physical demands may include but are not limited to, standing and lifting to 50 lb. In addition, this role may require overtime, and travel may be needed for training sessions.
