Role Overview

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the frontline expert delivering key support across installations, service calls, and customer training. You'll travel extensively to customer facilities, ensuring equipment is commissioned to specifications, delivering exceptional support, and maintaining long-term satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

1. Install & Commission Machinery
2. Perform full installations and commissioning of laser cutting, brake press, and automation systems to production-ready status.
3. Hand over systems confidently to customers, ensuring full operational readiness and compliance with OEM setup standards.

Service & Preventive Maintenance

1. Carry out routine maintenance and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
2. Diagnose malfunctions and perform corrective work to restore performance.
