Field Service Technician Kamloops, BCLock Search Group has partnered with a world-class service organization to help recruit a Field Service Technician to join their team in Kamloops, British Columbia . This role plays a pivotal part in revolutionizing healthcare through exemplary customer service and the upkeep of diagnostic instruments in hospital and laboratory environments. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance, and repair of designated instrumentation with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, including technical training and support on our products.
  • Strengthen customer relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner in their business.
  • Travel within the British Columbia region and possibly across Canada to support our customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical diploma (Biomedical, Electronics, or related field).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (field service technician, hospital biomedical technician, laboratory technician)
  • Experience servicing chemistry, immunochemistry, and hematology instrumentations is considered an asset.
  • Ability to travel to the USA, hold a valid driver's license and meet safe driver criteria.
  • Capability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
