Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a field technical service representative to join our retail team as a field service agent in Windsor. You will deliver, install, and repair the latest tech in customers’ homes, helping them choose solutions and answering questions.

This role requires 18+ years old, a valid G license with a clean record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a genuine enthusiasm for customer service. Training and career growth opportunities are provided by Best Buy Canada.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid full G driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $17.95 - $21.09
