BASIC FUNCTION: The purpose of this job is to coordinate and supervise a team of regional field service technicians, ensuring that customers are provided with world class customer service in a safe and timely manner. The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for working with Service Coordinators and the Service Manager to build and sustain an effective Service and Warranty team.
