As a Service Supervisor at Finning Canada, you will lead a team by providing strong leadership, measuring technician productivity, coaching, mentoring, giving performance feedback, and supporting technician growth. You will develop relationships internally and externally to identify process improvements, standardize procedures, and achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Model safe, environmentally sound, and healthy work behaviors in line with Finning’s Safety Policies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Product Support Service Manager and branch stakeholders to ensure operational success.
• Coordinate work orders and repairs, make warranty decisions, and manage claims.
• Resolve customer and supplier issues effectively to maintain high customer loyalty.
• Motivate and develop technicians to meet performance goals.
• Guide teams on Finning policies.
• Monitor warranty statements to meet business objectives.
• Manage training, performance evaluations, and coaching for team members.

Qualifications:

• Heavy Equipment Technician certificate preferred.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SIS, and Caterpillar Web Navigation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
