Job Description

As a Field Service Solution Specialist at Honeywell, you will provide technical expertise and support to our customers. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced systems to ensure optimal performance in the field.

You will report to the Field Engineering Manager and work at customer sites across Newfoundland. This role involves frequent travel and working in diverse environments, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business success.

This position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical support, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Document service activities, findings, and solutions.
  • Train customers on product use and maintenance.
Qualifications
Must Have
  • College Diploma or degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience with building automation, enterprise applications, and connected services.
  • Experience with industry communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, SNMP, API).
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
