Our Field Service Technicians act as the face of our company by ensuring top-notch service for our customers. In this role, you will travel to hospitals, laboratories, surgical facilities, and other Customer locations to maintain, troubleshoot, service, calibrate, and install complex mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic units. You will also build positive relationships with Customers and colleagues, and complete necessary administrative tasks.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance safely and efficiently, including disassembling, repairing, troubleshooting, and calibrating equipment.
  • Overhaul, refurbish, or modify equipment and system components.
  • Ensure positive Customer experiences through timely service, installations, and warranty work.
  • Establish effective communication with Customers, managers, and support teams.
  • Identify sales opportunities and recommend products/services.
  • Provide timely status updates to Customers and be a positive company ambassador.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of mechanical/technical experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable record and all required vaccines.
  • Ability to travel to the USA for training.
  • Flexible hours and travel as needed.
  • Strong technical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work in hospital settings, including emergency trauma areas.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or related field.
