Compensation includes a salary of $85,000-$95,000 CAD annually plus a bonus structure, with health benefits after 30 days and RRSP matching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of scoping and pricing field service projects.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in hazardous waste management or environmental services preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Field service operations experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Maintain customer relationships and oversee project scoping, quoting, and competitive intelligence.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Manage labor, equipment, and resource utilization to ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Lead field service and emergency response projects and coordinate required personnel and resources.
• Communicate with health and safety teams regarding site-specific requirements and actions.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required.
