This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide essential services that keep our customers connected.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead a team of Field Service Technicians within a designated geographic area.
  • Prioritize safety, ensuring team compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Manage team performance through problem-solving, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Ensure quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and community engagement.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and safety procedures through regular audits and site visits (minimum of 12 per day).
  • Foster a positive team environment, emphasizing recognition and team-building.
  • Handle administrative duties and address disciplinary matters as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
  • Minimum of 3 years in the technology industry and managing large teams.
