Job summary

MasterTech in Markham, ON is seeking an experienced Field Service Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair client heavy equipment across construction, forestry, mining, and landscaping sectors.

You will work with a field service truck, enjoy a Monday-Friday dayshift starting 7 AM with overtime; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life; three weeks vacation; RRSP match; and a company vehicle with gas card.

Qualifications

• Truck and Coach (310T) and/or Heavy Equipment (421A) Technician license.
• Excellent understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Able to work independently.
• Owns a set of tools.
• Valid driver's license, DZ preferred not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of client heavy equipment (construction, forestry, mining, landscaping).
• Operate and maintain field service truck and equipment.
• Provide timely on-site service in the Markham area.

MasterTech is on the search for an experienced Field Service Mechanic in the Markham, ON area.

The successful Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of client heavy equipment (construction, forestry, mining, landscaping, etc.). Field service truck is included.

Compensation:

• $38.00 - $57.00/hour.
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
• 3 weeks paid vacation to start.
• Company vehicle and gas card provided.
• RRSP match.

Shift:

• Days, 7AM start time (Monday to Friday). Overtime available.

Key Qualifications:
