Qualifications

• Experience: Maintenance experience within the paper or other related applicable industry preferred.
• Languages: French and functional English.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Strong analytical ability required.
• Extensive travel required within the assigned region (60% of time).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and support a team of field service techs.
• Plan and assign daily work schedules, installations, and service calls.
• Review and approve service reports and expense documentation.
• Troubleshoots customer blade problems.
• Prepares monthly summary report to the VP.
