FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Salary : $75k-$80k

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the frontline expert ensuring our equipment operates at peak efficiency. Your hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting skills will directly impact our customers' satisfaction and production success. By executing precise preventive maintenance and swiftly resolving issues, you’ll minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly. Your role is critical to maintaining our reputation for reliability and innovation, driving customer loyalty, and ultimately contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage hands-on daily activities of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Provide detailed reports to the back office.
  • Primarily located on or assigned to a customer site but travel to other locations as required.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance activities to high standards, ensuring effective operation of equipment.
  • Support production post-maintenance to restore line efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and automation malfunctions and breakdowns.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for problems and escalate when necessary.
  • Handle claims and provide technical support per the claims process, including root cause analysis.
  • Install rebuilding kits and reinstate equipment into production with high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and address system performance issues, implementing operational improvements.

You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education

  • Engineering Associate's degree, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent field service experience.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer with extensive travel (80–100%).
  • Knowledge of customer sites and packaging line technology; experience with Carton and packaging technology, Aseptic is a plus.
