Qualifications

Job description

Job Title: Field Service Engineer 1 at Honeywell

As a Field Service Engineer 1 at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing Field Service Support for Honeywell HPS applications and products at customer locations. Your duties will include maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex Honeywell control systems such as EXPERION PKS and TDC300.

You will collaborate with the Field Services Manager and LSS business function to deliver quality services to Honeywell customers. Additionally, you will learn about HPS products end-to-end and become a technical expert in complex Honeywell solutions and product offerings.

Travel Requirements

Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% within Canada and internationally.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Class 5 driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous industry experience
• Technical/installation experience
• Customer service experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of VB / Java scripts
• Good presentation skills
