FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR

Position Overview

In this role, you will lead and inspire our outside sales team to generate leads, drive revenue growth, and maintain profitability. Your responsibilities will include coaching and guiding team members, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will also oversee our CRM platform, conduct detailed reporting, and ensure sales activities align with our strategic goals. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional looking to advance their career in sales management while having a direct, positive impact on our organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize strategies to generate and nurture high-quality incoming leads.
  • Qualify leads, assign them to sales executives, and collaborate with Marketing to enhance acquisition tactics.
  • Coach, train, and motivate the outside sales team; conduct one-on-ones to set goals and monitor performance.
  • Ensure new customer rates remain profitable; input and process monthly commission/bonus data.
  • Maintain limited direct sales responsibilities, responding to simple proposal requests and developing broker-driven business.
  • Oversee and maintain the Sales CRM; analyze data for trends and insights, and train team members on best practices.
  • Track individual and team metrics, generate sales reports, and recommend strategy adjustments.
  • Lead weekly meetings to review performance, address challenges, and align on priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Operations) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Refine and execute sales strategies in partnership with leadership; stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities.
  • Support special projects and initiatives; assist with annual budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, team management, or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.
  • Proficiency in Sales CRM tools;Salesforceis preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Experience in lead generation and pipeline management is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
