What You Will Do
  • Sell a range of products, including Wireless, Cable, Hi-Speed Internet, and Home Phone, directly to customers at their homes.
  • Act on provided leads and generate new residential sales within your territory.
  • Represent Rogers with pride in the field, at special events, and when following up on customer inquiries.
  • Build friendly and professional relationships with customers and promptly address post-sales questions.
  • Conduct business in line with the Rogers Business Code of Conduct, with safety as a top priority.
What You Bring
  • Proven ability to thrive in a sales environment, working independently to achieve goals.
  • High motivation, excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for daily use.
