About This Opportunity

Coke Canada Bottling Sales Development Managers (SDM) are responsible for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities across various customer channels, including Convenience & Gas stores, Restaurants & Bars, and Food Service establishments. The SDM's primary goal is to drive profitable sales by understanding diverse channels and Coke Canada's beverage portfolio.

The SDM plays a key role in helping us become our customers' most valued supplier, often being the first point of contact. Developing strong, collaborative partnerships and expanding the customer base are essential responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized business plans with customers supporting mutual objectives
  • Drive revenue through promotional plans, displays, and equipment placements
  • Implement channel and customer promotions aligned with national brand strategies
  • Manage time and territory proactively to optimize face-to-face selling
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
  • Build or fill displays, end caps, racks, and coolers per standards
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for growth
  • Lift and position products up to 50 lbs (22 kg) without assistance

Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work
  • Post-secondary education in business or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in consumer goods
  • Experience in direct store delivery sales and major account management is an asset
  • Customer service skills with ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer programs
  • Own a personal vehicle and have valid insurance and driver's license
