Responsibilities :
- Educate customers on President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
- Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
- Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness as a product ambassador.
- Provide excellent customer service for a positive experience.
- Engage customers creatively to share product benefits.
- Build positive relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Create excitement around the product as a subject matter expert.

- 1+ years experience in sales within financial or retail sectors (asset).
- Comfortable with sales targets and proactive in pushing boundaries.

- Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
