Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Sales Representative, you will educate clients and offer President's Choice Financial Products on behalf of a trusted Canadian brand.

Compensation:
- $16.25/hr minimum protection guarantee plus commission.
Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on President's Choice Financial products within store pavilions.
- Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
- Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness as a subject matter expert.
- Provide excellent customer service for a great experience.
- Engage customers creatively to share product benefits.
- Build positive relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality with customer information.
- Create excitement around the product as a brand advocate.

- 1+ years of sales experience in financial or retail sectors (asset).
