Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Sales Representative, you will educate clients and offer President’s Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada's most trusted and iconic brands.

Compensation : $18/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission
Responsibilities :
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
- Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
- Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Find creative ways to engage customers and share product benefits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information.
- Create excitement around the product offering as a knowledgeable brand advocate.

Keys to success :
- 1+ year experience in sales within financial or retail sectors (asset).
- Comfortable with sales targets and eager to challenge the status quo.
- Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people, with a talent for acquiring new customers.
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
- Strong listening and communication skills for delivering key messages.
- High integrity and accountability, especially with confidential information.
- Willing to undergo criminal/credit background checks.
- Interest in learning and development through coaching and training.
- Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license is an asset.
