Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Sales Representative, you will educate clients and promote President's Choice Financial Products on behalf of a trusted Canadian brand.

Compensation:
- $17.75/hr minimum guarantee plus commission.
Schedule:
- Permanent FT or PT opportunities.
- Flexible hours Mon-Sun, 10am-8pm.
Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on President's Choice Financial products within the store.
- Understand customer needs to make suitable recommendations.
- Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Engage customers creatively to share product benefits.
- Build positive relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Create excitement around the product as a brand advocate.

Keys to Success:
- 1+ year sales experience in financial or retail sectors (asset).
- Comfortable with sales targets and proactive approach.
- Outgoing, personable, and good at acquiring new customers.
- Customer service or sales experience (asset).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- High integrity and accountability.
- Ability to pass a criminal/credit background check.
- Interest in learning and development.
- Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license (asset).
