Reports to: Manager, Field Sales

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? One4all is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive new corporate business, nurture existing client relationships, and cross-sell our diverse suite of products.

What You’ll Do

1. Account Management: Manage an account database, process orders, develop business relationships, and cross-sell products and services.
2. Business Development: Prospect and secure new business, meeting company KPIs.
3. Client Presentations: Present to clients in person and online.
4. Networking: Attend events, roadshows, and represent One4all Rewards at exhibitions and sponsorships.
5. Client Meetings: Meet potential and existing clients in person and virtually to promote products and services.
6. Order Processing: Handle corporate orders, telesales calls, gift card replacements, credit note requests, and queries for Cyclescheme Ireland clients.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role with strong sales and key account management skills. Must have a full, clean, driving licence.
2. Sales Targets: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
3. Skills: Effective journey planning, time management, and administrative skills.
4. Client Focus: Strong client focus with excellent written and verbal communication.
5. Problem Solving: Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
