Field Sales Representative

Compensation: €30,000 - €45,000 / year


Description
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals. You will be an a brand ambassador, using expert communication, sales and negotiation techniques to convert all potential leads into loyal customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential and/or commercial customers with a focus on high conversion rate.
  • Promote and sell our products/services.
  • Consistently hit/exceed individual targets and KPIs.
  • Execute strategic sales approaches to maximise customer engagement.
  • Overcome objections and close deals effectively, ensuring a high success rate.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools.
  • Continuously refine sales strategies providing feedback to optimise performance.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a winning attitude.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in direct sales/ field sales role with the Utilities or Telecoms sector.
  • Highly competitive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation where required.
