PepsiCo Canada is seeking a Field Sales Leadership Designate to build your career in leadership within a fast-paced sales environment. This early-career program gives hands-on exposure to sales, merchandising, route operations, and customer management across iconic brands.

You will develop commercial and people leadership capabilities, work with cross-functional teams, and learn PepsiCo go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build a strong understanding of PepsiCo's sales operations through in-market and customer-facing experiences.
• Learn how products move from production to customer shelves through route operations, merchandising, and retail execution.
• Develop fundamental selling skills through customer interactions, business reviews, and account management activities.
• Support the execution of promotional programs, displays, merchandising standards, and inventory management initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Teams, and other functions to understand how the business operates.
• Learn PepsiCo's go-to-market strategies, including Direct Store Delivery, Warehouse Distribution, and Third-Party Distribution models.
• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities that improve sales, service, and market execution.
• Develop leadership capabilities through project ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and influence without authority.
• Build relationships with customers, frontline teams, and internal partners to support business objectives.
• Leverage data and insights to evaluate performance and recommend actions that drive results.
