Job summary

Ambulance NB is seeking a Primary Care Paramedic to join our team in Saint John, NB. You will provide medical support on-scene and during transport, following NOCP standards and our policies. The role demands flexibility to cover rotating days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Canada (citizenship, permanent residency or work permit).
• Ability to work all shifts as assigned, with good attendance.
• Must maintain confidentiality and patient safety.
• Primary Care Paramedic program/course of >6 months.
• Must be registered, active Paramedic with the Paramedic Association of New Brunswick.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical support to patients on scene and en route to hospitals.
• Respond to emergencies based on NOCP and organization policies.
• Be the first on scene and not leave until the job is completed.
• Follow protocols, policies, and procedures.
