Job summary

Plum Gas Solutions is seeking an experienced Operator to run high-pressure field operations, owning the standard and keeping equipment safe, reliable, and efficient from rig-in to rig-out. This hands-on role requires real-time problem solving and maintaining a strong safety culture on-site.

The Operator will maintain Plum units and support equipment in the field, ensuring work meets company and manufacturer specs while fostering professional relationships with vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Oil & Gas experience.
• Competent mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools.
• Clear and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance and housekeeping of the units and work truck.
• Follow rig in and rig out procedure and complete the daily checklist.
• Follow and perform PJHA and shift inspections.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are accounted for prior to rig in and after rig out.
• Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections on unit and truck.
• Conduct general maintenance and PMs on FAS units.
• Ensure repairs and PMs meet manufacturer specs and guidelines.
• Keep work area clean after each shift and adhere to policies.
• Daily fuel reports and safe operation practices.
