Job summary

Magnum Services is seeking Operators to safely operate field equipment and support well-site operations. The role includes two levels, Operator 1 and Operator 2, with license progression and company-backed training.

Responsibilities cover driving equipment to sites, performing rig in/out, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should be physically capable, able to work outdoors in all weather, and willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Physically able to lift up to 23 kg and carry out strenuous tasks.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• On-call 24 hours on 15 days on 6 days off rotation.
• Legally eligible to work in the country the role is based out of.
• Strong safety mindset and compliance with HSE policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive well servicing equipment to and from well sites as required.
• Assist Station Management to obtain a Class 1 / CDL license with company support.
• Maintain and operate pumping equipment and perform rig in/out procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance on field equipment and document maintenance.
• Mentor Operators 1 in obtaining licenses and improving field operations.
• Develop client relationships and uphold company safety policies.
