Job summary

Magnum Cementing Services in Alberta seeks an Operator to safely operate field equipment, perform shop maintenance, and support operations. The role has two seniority levels (Operator 1 and Operator 2) based on license type, with tasks including rig in/out, pumping, and site cleanup.

You must hold a valid driver’s license and be prepared for a 24/7 on-call schedule. Operators will drive well servicing equipment (Operator 1 without trailer, Operator 2 with trailer) and advance toward Class 1 /

Qualifications

• Valid applicable driver’s license with clean record.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 23 kg and performing demanding outdoor work.
• On-call 24 hours on 15 days on 6 days off rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive well servicing equipment to and from well sites (Operator 1: no trailer; Operator 2: with trailer).
• Prepare and operate a pumper; assist with on-site rig in/out, mixing, pumping, pressure tests, plug drops and wash ups.
• Maintain equipment maintenance records and complete required paperwork.
• Mentor Operator 1’s toward Class 1 / CDL licenses and support training.
• Assist the Supervisor with job prep and incident reporting.
• Adhere to HSE policies and maintain client relationships.
