Overview:

Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Fox Creek location is actively recruiting for an Administration, Field Office to join the team. Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, CBU Operations, the successful candidate will support both the Conventional Pipelines business unit (CBU) and Gas Services business (GBU) unit. This individual must be flexible and adaptable to change, as they will be expected to cross train on a variety of tasks in order to provide relief coverage.

Pembina's Conventional/Oilsands Business Units include a strategically positioned network of pipelines and related infrastructure, encompassing various hubs and terminals. This network facilitates the transportation of crude oil, condensate, and natural gas liquids across significant areas of Alberta, as well as parts of British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and North Dakota. Pembina ranks among Canada's largest operators of oil sands and heavy oil pipelines, and its Oil Sands business unit manages one of the most extensive merchant terminal operations in western Canada. These integrated assets enable us to offer long-term, dedicated transportation services to our customers.

The successful candidate must live within 50 km of Fox Creek, Alberta.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support Pembina’s safety culture of "Zero by Choice" and the “Life Saving Rules”. To read more about our Life Saving Rules, visit pembina/safety;
  2. Prepare and submit employee and/or contractor information for site access on shared sites;
  3. Complete goods and service receipts in SAP;
  4. Creation and editing of reports and documents utilizing SAP and BPC Reporting;
  5. Route invoices for proper approval and payment;
  6. Monitor the delivery of services to aid in tracking and forecasting expenditures;
  7. Complete monthly forecasting updates utilizing BPC;
  8. Adhering to important monthly financial deadlines;
  9. Assist with corporate credit card reconciliation;
  10. Provisioning: Onboarding new employees;
  11. Other duties as requested;
  12. Participate and support an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of Grade 12, High School Diploma with 2-5 years office experience preferably in the oil and gas industry;
  2. Post-Secondary Business Administration is an asset;
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  4. Ability to work with minimal supervision;
  5. SAP experience would be an asset;
  6. Computer literate with specific knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and SharePoint.

The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position. Final candidate will be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check.
