Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will educate clients and promote President's Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada's most trusted brands.

Compensation:
- $17.75/hr minimum guarantee plus commission
Schedule:
- Permanent full-time or part-time opportunities
- Flexible schedule Mon-Sun between 10am-8pm
Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on President's Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
- Understand customer needs to make suitable recommendations.
- Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness as a subject matter expert.
- Ensure excellent customer service for a great experience.
- Engage customers creatively to share product benefits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality with customer information.
- Create excitement around the product offering as a brand advocate.

- 1+ year experience in sales, preferably in financial or retail sectors.
- Comfortable with sales targets and proactive in sales efforts.
- Outgoing, personable, and skilled at customer acquisition.
- Experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Willing to undergo background checks.
- Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license is an asset.
