Job description

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will educate clients and offer President's Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada's most trusted and iconic brands.

Pay Structure:

  • Base pay of $17.75 plus commission.

Responsibilities:

  1. Educate customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
  2. Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.
  3. Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.
  4. Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customers have a great experience.
  6. Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product.
  7. Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
  8. Maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with customer information.
  9. Create excitement around the product offering by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand.

Requirements:

  1. 1+ year of experience in sales in a financial or retail setting (asset).
  2. Comfortable with sales targets and eager to challenge the status quo.
  3. Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people, and has a talent for acquiring new customers.
  4. Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
  5. Strong listening and communication skills, able to deliver key messages effectively.
  6. High integrity and accountability when handling confidential customer information.
  7. Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.
  8. Interested in learning and development through coaching and training.
  9. Reliable access to a vehicle or a valid driver’s license (asset).
