Job description

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will educate clients and promote President’s Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada's most trusted and iconic brands.

Pay Structure:

Base pay of $15.50 + commission!

Responsibilities:
  1. Educate customers about the features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
  2. Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
  3. Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge.
  4. Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness by being a subject matter expert and brand advocate.
  5. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  6. Engage customers creatively and share product benefits effectively.
  7. Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
  8. Maintain confidentiality with customer information.
  9. Create excitement around the product offering as a knowledgeable brand advocate.
Qualifications:
  1. 1+ year experience in sales within financial or retail sectors (asset).
  2. Comfortable with sales targets and eager to challenge the status quo.
  3. Outgoing, personable, and skilled at acquiring new customers.
  4. Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
  5. Strong communication and listening skills.
  6. High integrity and accountability, especially with confidential information.
  7. Willing to undergo criminal/credit background checks.
  8. Interest in learning and professional growth through coaching and training.
  9. Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license (asset).
