With hubs in Toronto & San Francisco, Accord is bringing on passionate builders who sweat the details and want to build something special.

  • Partnering with industry leaders such as Samsara, Harvey.ai, Decagon, Xactly etc.
  • Raving reviews from it’s 10,000+ users, G2 Feedback
The Role

As Accord’s Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our in-person event calendar - from intimate executive dinners to industry-leading revenue conferences. The role has a strong focus on intimate, high-impact experiences for revenue leaders, including multi-day summits at premier destinations. Reporting directly to Lenny, VP, Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with your marketing peers in product marketing, content and demand gen as well as sales to bring events to life and leave a lasting impression with top revenue leaders to drive pipeline growth.

You Will
  • Execute & define a field event plan. You will own the full event lifecycle, pre- and post-event coordination, logistics, timelines, and deliverables, while managing a full calendar of 5-7 events at any given time.
  • Own our flagship User Summit end-to-end. This is the highlight of the events calendar; you will lead planning and execution in unique, standout locations that create a memorable experience for attendees.
  • Design and deliver a variety of field events. From intimate executive dinners and sports suites to sponsored activations, including 3-4 marquee events per year at destinations like Deer Valley and Palisades Tahoe for top revenue leaders.
  • Represent Accord at major industry conferences. You will manage Accord’s presence at the large-scale conferences we attend.
  • Build integrated event campaigns. Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to maximize engagement before, during, and after every event.
  • Partner closely with AEs and CSMs to ensure key customers & prospects are included in the appropriate events.
  • Manage all event-related tasks, including securing invites, gifting, booth logistics, sponsorship deliverables, budget tracking, and coordination of attending staff.
  • Support the GTM team attending events by providing clear expectations and timelines, and ensuring all event requirements are delivered.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure events are aligned with goals and messaging, maximizing attendance, engagement, and results.
  • Track and analyze key metrics (ROI, meetings booked, and deals created), providing detailed results to demonstrate event effectiveness and inform future strategy.
  • Track expenses and ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Bring creative ideas to life. You will have the opportunity to shape the creative vision for events from concept through execution, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence that differentiates Accord.
  • Travel as needed to support execution and on-the-ground logistics (estimated 2-3 trips per quarter).
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B events planning and management. Experience with revenue leaders is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage events end-to-end, including budget oversight and post-event reporting.
  • Comfortable managing a full, fast-moving calendar of 5-7 events running simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines, with a high degree of execution
  • A collaborative, cross-functional partner. You thrive working across marketing, sales, and other teams throughout the org to bring events to life.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural energizer. You bring enthusiasm and momentum to everything you do, get people excited about events, and genuinely enjoy partnering closely with sales teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus (e.g. HubSpot & Apollo.io)

We believe innovation thrives when diverse perspectives come together. We’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their authentic selves. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and identities to join our team of Accordions.

What Sales Leaders Are Saying
  • “With Accord, we ended up displacing not just People.ai, but the need for one of our enablement platforms as well. The content management piece, the deal-level execution, and the ability to surface internal components like approval matrices or quoting instructions at the right time, for every deal, was a game changer.” — Bayley Fesler, Director of Revenue Operations, Xactly
  • “This is a sales tool that the team tells me they can't live without anymore. They would be so upset if we took it away from them, which I never hear about tools.” — Niki Phillips, VP of Enterprise Sales, Hootsuite
  • “Accord is poised to give us meaningful metrics and tangible insights into how our methodologies are actually being adopted and used in the field, which is a game-changer for proving the impact of our enablement programs.” — Aaron C, Revenue Enablement Manager at Greenway Health
