Suncor Energy Inc. is seeking a Lodging Planning Advisor in Calgary to develop accommodation strategies, forecasts, and capacity plans supporting oil sands operations and major projects.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and optimizing lodging logistics with a track record in workforce planning and hospitality operations.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of experience in workforce logistics, accommodation planning, travel management, hospitality operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, Hospitality, Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting workforce accommodations, travel coordination, camp operations, or hospitality planning is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate findings into practical business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with BI/reporting tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• Five years of experience in workforce logistics, accommodation planning, travel management, hospitality operations, supply chain, workforce planning, or a related field.
• Post‑secondary education in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Hospitality, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting workforce accommodations, travel coordination, camp operations, or hospitality planning is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across multiple business groups.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools.

Location and other key details:

This is an office‑based role. You will work out of the Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W. Hours of work are a regular 40‑hour work week, Monday to Friday.
