Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill Canada seeks Field Leaders to oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring strong partnerships with managers and excellent operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, staff development, and adherence to food safety standards across a multi-unit footprint.

Ideal candidates bring experience in leading multi-site operations, strong P&L acumen, and a passion for cultivating a culture of safety and guest-centric service across Canadian restaurants.
