Chipotle Mexican Grill in Canada seeks Field Leaders to oversee multiple restaurant locations and drive operational excellence while partnering with managers to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.

This role emphasizes people development, food safety culture, and strong P&L stewardship, with opportunities for career growth and performance bonuses.

Our Field Leaders oversee multiple restaurant locations – they understand the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers and how to run a great operation.
