This role involves leading junior technicians in installing and vulcanizing conveyor belts at customer sites. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyor belt splicing or rubber lining.
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs. with the assistance of another person.
• Experience working outdoors in a physically demanding role.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with heavy-duty conveyor belt installation & vulcanization.
• Execute lagging of pulleys and installation of repair fasteners.
• Provide training and supervision for junior technicians.
